Pepper Bridge Winery is a pioneer in the Walla Walla Valley wine industry. PBW helped establish and bolster the region’s reputation for producing world-class wines. Their three-level winery features the first-ever state-of-the-art, gravity-flow facility in Washington State.
We collaborated with their team to establish Email Brand Standards based on their current digital brand identity. This created cohesive brand messaging in every email. We trained their capable staff in email best practice, assisted in technical execution, and helped optimize their email strategy to achieve company objectives.
Initially, we developed a custom integration with Orderport Winery Solutions software to support their unique database architecture. This enabled us to create dynamically updating lists to reference and utilize targeted measuring and KPI monitoring.

Rather than general storewide discounts, we focused on brand-building objective-based emails to simultaneously elevate product positioning and increase ecommerce sales.
